TAEKWONDO PROGRAMS


Our Taekwondo programs are split into classes with students of similar age and experience. The classes are structured so students learn different skills at a level that corresponds to their age and ability. We have regular promotion tests with a belt ceremony that rewards kids for their effort and learning. Children progress through belts and work towards a black belt.


  • Little Dragons

    The little dragons are our youngest students, typically between 5 and 9 years olds. In this class students begin to learn the basic kicks and patterns of Taekwondo.
    A great introduction to martial arts, excercise and focus. No shortage of FUN!

  • Dragons Beginners/Color Belts

    For students 10 years old and up, this class is designed to encourage students, build confidence and character, as well as physical skills. This class teaches the importance of focus and discipline while students begin to learn more advanced skills. The self defense aspects of Taekwondo also get introduced. Classes continue to be fun and dynamic.

  • Dragons Advanced

    This class is designed for students with some level of experience and generally at green belt or higher. More complex skills are introduced, including some of the more amazing Taekwondo kicks. Students learn more about self defense, continue to perfect their techniques and increase their confidence and leadership skills.
    All with the same focus on great training and a fun class.


OTHER PROGRAMS


  • Cardio-Kickboxing

    Don't worry if you've never tried Cardio-Kickboxing, this class is designed for fitness at any experience level. This is a music filled class with a lot of target and kicking bag work. Great for parents wanting to unwind or anyone looking to develop some self defense skills, get fit, and have fun. This class is typically for older teens or adults. Come and get in the best shape of your life.

  • Custom Programs

    Whether a group of friends that wants a bootcamp, a self defense class, a school program looking to compliment your fitness offering or promote and Anti-Bullying come talk to us. We have developed programs for countless different objectives and will be happy to work with you to build custom programs of varying length.

Fitness is core to a healthy life.

Regardless of age, being physically fit is central to a healthy life. Learning to enjoy excercise from a young age sets children on a healthy path for life. For adults, our lives are full of stresses, but making excercise a part of our daily routine greatly improves our health. Being fit doesn't mean long hours at the gym or expensive machinery. Little steps like eating better and getting some excercise make a huge difference in our health. We owe it to each other to be in the best health we can be! Get kicking!
